Welcome to the Philippine Nurses Association of Colorado

Message from the President

It is with great honor and privilege that I serve my term as President of PNACO for 2010 - 2012. I welcome this challenge, as it affords me with another opportunity to give of myself in service to my fellow nurses and the community at large.

My Presidential theme mirrors that of our PNAA President, Dr. Rey Rivera: Engage and Make a Difference. When we immerse ourselves in the mission of our association, we achieve the goals we set as a group, both individually and collectively.

I challenge myself and each member of PNACO to rise to the occasion. Together we can be a united front in moving forward with making PNACO and PNAA shine brighter. With each and every one of us engaged in the vision of our founding and current leaders, we truly can make a difference.

I congratulate and thank the members of the Executive Board and the general membership for their service to PNACO. I look forward to working with each and every one of you so that together, we can continue to fulfill the mission of PNACO, which is to:
  1. Promote activities that will unify the Filipino-American Nurses in Colorado.
  2. Collaborate with other professional organizations and agencies in Colorado in developing and implementing programs related to nursing practice, education and research.
  3. Participate actively in Nursing and Health care activities in the community.
  4. Provide scholarships and foster continuing education of its members.
  5. Involve in charitable endeavours in the community.
Mabuhay ang PNACO and PNAA. Let’s commemorate this day.
